Bball 5’4″ Grabbing 10 foot Rim

I’m 5’4″ 130 lbs in grade 11, grabbing 10 foot rim, please watch the whole video through, and give me some tips on my technique I feel like if my form was corrected I could get 2-3 inches higher. My vertical I would say approximately 40 inches I’ve been working very hard, haven’t been in the weightroom for past year just started working on my vertical in the past two weeks by practicing jumping, just jumping a lot, I came up 4 inches short on touching the rim and now I’m grabbing it. My goal is to dunk before end of summer, I will be in weightroom soon, and start plyometrics, I’m going to start track and field for 100m dash, hopefully that’ll help.
