Gulen Charter School refuses to accept financial accountability when it comes to accepting public tax dollars. They demand full control with out transparency. They prey upon the lack of knowledge by parents who are desperate for change and for something different. The schools manipulation of grading children are questionable and this includes state standardize testing where as many of Gulen Charter Schools have been reported to changing the answers to over inflate the scores in order to increase funding, parental support, and awards. Many of the awards given to these schools are presented by other Gulen affiliated educational services. The awards are merely marketing tools and are used as public relation tools to manipulate parents, teachers, local business and politicians. Seldom do people question the source. The Gulen Charter school is trying to apply for state funding because of the lack of over site and accountability when it comes to state money.
