Titans quarterback Jake Locker will miss his second straight game with a left shoulder injury. Backup quarterback Matt Hasselbeck will make his second straight start in place of Locker. Hasselbeck completed 26-of-43 passes for 200 yards with a touchdown and an interception in a 30-7 loss to the Minnesota Vikings last Sunday. Wide receiver Kenny Britt is listed as probable for Thursday’ Cornerback Ryan Mouton (knee) and defensive back Alterraun Verner (thigh) are also listed as probable, while tackle Mike Otto (knee) and running back Javon Ringer (knee) have been ruled out for Thursday.
